All returns must be received in original packaging, with original manuals and ancillary materials in undamaged and saleable condition. Prior authorization must be given before any return can be made. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned orders. Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.
ALL returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA)with the returned merchandise.
