Item description
EISENHOWER WAS MY BOSS
by Kay Summersby
Dell Books, 1949
First Paperback Edition
Condition: Very Good+ to Near Fine
This is an account of General Ike's war years, written by his former chauffeur, secretary and aide (and more than that -- years later she wrote another book revealing that aspect of their relationship). This is one of Dell's map-back books, this one showing the European Theater of Operations. Modest spine end wear and slight corner/edge wear, light distributor's date on front cover; a partially erased name on the first page, natural age-toning on the pages; o/w an overall excellent copy. Scarce in this condition.
