You are looking at a Legends of Lucha Libre Fanaticos figure. This is made by boss fight studio. Figure is sealed in package, but there is damage to the package. There was a sticker on the front and it damaged the cardstock peeled away the coloring. There is also some bends to cardstock and general wear to packaging. The plastic is also pulling away from the cardstock on the top left corner.
