We ONLY ship to the continental United States. This means NO Alaska, Hawaii, or ANY other country or territory. UPS only ships to street addresses. They will not ship to a P.O. box. Description of Warranty: Buyer has two weeks (14 days) from date of receipt to notify us of any problems. Buyer MUST contact us prior to returning item for RMA number. If item has been damaged in transit, buyer should contact us via email or phone to file a UPS damage claim. UPS will require your daytime phone number to schedule a pick up. Please do not file an return for transit damaged items. Item MUST be returned at buyers expense. We will make every effort to resolve any issue via phone (319-845-2000) or email prior to this. Unless MCBIA has made a shipping error, return shipping arranged by buyer will NOT be reimbursed. Item must be packaged in original shipping materials. Our technicians will diagnose item within three (3) business days. If item is found to be faulty: At our discretion, replacement will be shipped or a full refund (including original shipping charge) will be issued.
