Comments: "Holiday on the Buses" is a 1973 British comedy film directed by Bryan Izzard and produced by Ronald Chesney and Ronald Wolfe for Hammer Films. It stars Reg Varney as Stan Butler, along with Stephen Lewis, Doris Hare, Michael Robbins, Anna Karen, and Bob Grant. The film is the third and final spin-off from the popular ITV sitcom "On the Buses". The plot follows Stan Butler and his friend Jack Harper, who are fired from their bus-driving jobs after a series of accidents. They find new work at a holiday camp in North Wales, only to discover that their nemesis, Inspector Blakey, is also working there. The film is filled with the usual hijinks and misadventures as Stan and Jack try to enjoy their new jobs while dealing with Blakey's watchful eye. It's a fun, light-hearted comedy that brings together the beloved characters from the TV series for one last adventure.
