Item description
Beautiful 1950s MCM sun dress of pale yellow silk organdy over the same color slip lining. The bodice is a floral paradise of pastel embroidery- vines and flowers.
It is darted and has a low back and scoop neck. The waistband is embroidered separately.
The full skirt is gathered to the waistband and has a border garden of flowers. Back metal zipper. "Cotillion" label.
It is perfect everywhere but the front side of the skirt where a very light "spill" stain is- darn!! I had it cleaned and it didn't come out. It is faint. It would be easy to ungather the skirt at the waistband and cut out the stained area and resew.
It is XS, we couldn't get it zipped in back on our model, whose measurements are:
