We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee with a 14-day return policy. For any products that arrive defective or damaged, we provide free return shipping. All new product returns must be unused. For returns made within 14 days of purchase for reasons other than defect, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.

For non-defective returns, a 20% restocking fee will be applied, and items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Electronics, jewelry, watches, and similar items damaged by the customer after receipt are not eligible for return. Additionally, if the return is not due to seller error, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

All returns require prior notification and approval from the seller.
