We ship worldwide, and international customers are responsible for any customs fees. Please double-check your shipping address, as MegoDeals isn’t liable for orders sent to incorrect addresses. If a package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, check with neighbors or your local carrier, then contact us within 7 days if needed. For any products that arrive defective or damaged, we provide free return shipping. All new product returns must be unused. For returns made within 14 days of purchase for reasons other than defect, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
For non-defective returns, a 20% restocking fee will be applied, and items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Electronics, jewelry, watches, and similar items damaged by the customer after receipt are not eligible for return. Additionally, if the return is not due to seller error, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
All returns require prior notification and approval from the seller. For health and safety reasons, all sales of cosmetics, fragrances, health and beauty products, lingerie, swimwear, and bedding are final and non-returnable. Foreign customs fees and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility and are not grounds for a return.
