Returns or replacements for damaged goods. Voluntary Returns accepted after RMA is issued – Buyer pays return shipping and possibly a 15% re-stocking fee. Returned items that are not defective or damaged will not be refunded original shipping fee and may have a 15% restocking fee. For all returns please contact us for RMA. Note: Returns of Gift Baskets do not allow for a full refund due to the fact that food items can not be used again and no refund will be given for the food items.

All items are guaranteed without defect…If there is a problem contact us right away so that we may resolve the issue quickly. After the initial 30 days period any warranties still in effect are handled through the items manufacturer in most cases.
