NO-DOA (Not Dead on Arrival): These items are tested before shipping and are warranted to be in working condition unless noted otherwise.

Item MUST be packed in original shipping materials or similar for safe return. If item is found to be faulty, a replacement will be shipped or a full refund will be issued. If the item is found to be as described, we will refund the buyer less 10% restocking fee, actual original shipping costs, and return shipping costs. If the item has been damaged in shipping, buyer should contact us via email to file a UPS damage claim. PLEASE DO NOT file a return for transit damaged items. Buyer’s lack of knowledge or software, drivers, or hardware will not be considered a warranty issue.
