Every manufacturing or processing plant utilizing pneumatic powered equipment can achieve improved running conditions when using NFO?s AIR LUBE Series. Improvements can be achieved by cleaner systems, increased tool power and less downtime. Inadequate lubrication of pneumatic tools can directly reduce productivity, slow down operations and shorten tool life. Air contains moisture, dirt, dust and other contamination that can directly interfere with the performance of air operated tools. Ordinary air tool oils such as hydraulic oils are not able to cope with these contaminants. Inferior oils can react with normal contamination to form deposits, sludge and allow rust to occur. All NFO?s AIR LUBE products are formulated for use in pneumatic equipment and air operated tools. A built-in special emulsifier can absorb water up to 10% of the product?s weight. This property helps prevent the formation of gum and sludge. The base oil in AIR LUBE will resist the formation of hard carbon deposits.
