Have used to chop chicken and veggies so far, and to puree some greens. It is a matter of experimenting to get just the right slice or chop wanted: placing vs. dropping things in; varying quantities and liquid combinations; using the pulse button vs. letting it run for a few seconds, etc. And getting used to how short a time it takes! It feels solid, not noisy, good power, light weight, cleans easily, minimal counter space compared to some. I called their tech support people soon after it arrived; they answered right away and were friendly and helpful in answering my question.
