Due to the nature of our made-to-order business, we cannot offer a refund or accept returns for items once the delivery is confirmed by the carrier with a tracking number. This policy applies regardless of the reason for seeking a refund, including but not limited to buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the product.
At the sole discretion of Harvey Ltd including those circumstances listed below in the Exceptions section, returns and refunds may be allowed. For all such situations, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Please note that shipping costs associated with the return or exchange of eligible items shall be the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified by Harvey Ltd.
To submit a return request, go to the Returns Request page to begin the process.
Log in to your account:
In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
Click Request return.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

Cancellations
We accept cancellation requests within 1 hour of purchase. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer support team immediately via [email protected]. We will make every effort to accommodate your cancellation request within the specified timeframe.
Incorrect Address or Undeliverable
We are not responsible for return shipping if a customer enters the wrong shipping address during checkout. Please make sure you include your COMPLETE address when entering it into the checkout process. This includes your apartment number and correct postal code.
We can resend the items by charging a re-shipping fee of $5 per item or refund your order, including a re-shipping fee of $5 per item.
Exceptions
Exceptions to this policy may apply in the following circumstances:
Damaged or Defective Products: If the product you receive is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange process. We may request supporting documentation or images to assess the issue and provide a resolution.
Incorrect Item Received: If you receive an incorrect item different from what you ordered, please notify our customer support team within 30 days of delivery. We will investigate the issue and arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you or provide an appropriate solution.
Non-Delivery: In the unlikely event that your order is not delivered within a reasonable time frame or is lost in transit, please contact our customer support team for assistance. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at [email protected].
