Carpets are carefully inspected prior to shipment, and we request that you check your order upon receipt.

For items delivered via our logistics partners, your signature is required at the time of delivery.

Your order will be eligible for return only if there are manufacturing defects that cannot be fixed.

5. On receipt of the returned item, it goes through a quality check. If the item is damage-free, we will initiate the refund process within 48 hours.

Terms & Conditions:

- Return the carpet in the very same condition in which it was delivered to you.
- Do not use, wash, alter/tamper, or soil the carpet.
- A damaged carpet will not be eligible for return/exchange.
- The carpet must have the original packing, labels, and tags intact for the return/exchange to be successful.
- Altered and illegible serial numbers will also lead to the return being rejected.
- We will initiate the refund or replacement once the item passes through quality inspection.
- In case you receive a damaged/defective item, notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We might request you to share pictures of the carpet at [email protected]. We will replace it without any cost after a thorough examination.
