Item description
1 -12 Live Heritage potted red raspberry plants...not bare root canes or bare root plants.
Grown in soil less planting mix from rootstock inspected to be free of diseases and virus by the State of Washington. If you are buying raspberry plants dug from a home garden...you risk getting diseases along with your raspberry plants. We can ship to all states. Since these plants are fully rooted potted plants, they will grow quickly to about 3+ feet tall this year.
Heritage has good size, dark red berries with good flavor. Great for fresh eating, freezing, canning, jams and jellies. A 1969 introduction from New York State, Heritage is strong, very vigorous and productive. This heirloom variety is recommended for home gardeners and for many years has been the standard by which everbearing varieties were judged. Easy to grow. Grows best in zones 4 - 8 with excellent winter hardiness.
Will produce berries in the Fall...and in the Spring and Fall of following years, depending on how plants are managed.
Plants comes with detailed planting, growing and care instructions...and you can call or email if you have additional questions. Plants are shipped with leaves in Summer and Fall and dormant in Winter and Spring.
Price includes shipping. Some plants removed from pots for shipping.
Ships UPS. Price includes shipping to most locations. We can not ship these trees to PO Boxes, AK, HI, remote areas, or US Territories, without a freight surcharge.
Scenic Hill Farm is a licensed Oregon Nursery. Check out our store.
