Sterling Silver 14K Yellow Gold "Camino de Santiago" Way of St. James Ladies Signet Shell Ring
Commemorate your Camino walk with this handcrafted signet ring. Camino de Santiago shell ring is crafted of solid sterling silver .925 (signet ring) and 14 karat yellow gold (shell). The signet ring measures 13mm x 11mm; the shell measures 10mm x 9mm. Weighs 3.74 grams. Featuring a solid back construction, this ring is very comfortable to wear. Available in finger size 6, 7 and 8. Please inform us of which size you need by sending us a message, otherwise a size 7 will be sent. Marked STER 14K on inside of ring shank.
The scallop shell was worn by pilgrims on their way to Santiago de Compostela, Spain. The shell is both a symbol of baptism (as used by St. John the Baptist) and as a symbol of pilgrimage since thirsty pilgrims used the shell to draw water to drink as they made their way to the shrine.
