Returns Policy for Wonkey Donkey Bazaar & Radiant Realms Artistry

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Please read our returns policy carefully:

Return Notification: If you wish to return an item, you must notify us within 7 days of your order’s arrival. Return Shipping: Once we’ve acknowledged your return request, you have 14 days from the order’s arrival date to send the item back to us. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging. Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Refunds: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders, digital downloads, and personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Damages and Issues: We carefully inspect all items before shipping, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly. Customs Fees and Delays: We are not responsible for any customs charges, import fees, or delays caused by customs processing. These are the buyer’s responsibility. Shipping Delays and Damages: While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not accountable for delays caused by postal services, couriers, or other factors beyond our control. Additionally, we cannot be held responsible for items damaged during transit. Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please follow the return process and place a new order.
