Returns and exchanges will not be accepted unless the item arrives damaged during shipment.

Then please open the package and take photos of the item you ordered. If the item is not damaged, you may choose to keep the item and instead just file a complaint to the shipper about their handling of the package.

If the item is damaged, you can choose one of the following: 1) to have the item replaced if another is available, 2) to file a claim with the shipper for reimbursement (this is usually limited amount, so you may not want to go this route if your purchase was valued higher than the allowed amount), or 3) request a refund for your order.
