It was a bit tricky to use the software to reset as there seemed to be no feedback along the way. But after following all the steps and still did not see the error lights stop I just turned my printer off and then on again and was able to do a test print. It is amazing to see how much ink is discarded during each clean and print cycle! Very glad I can see this now though and have a way to keep my $500 printer from ending up in a landfill!
