Cover looks great, a few creases near edges; light scuffing and surface impressions (front/back); slight discoloration on back. Inner-sleeve is original (RCA logo). Spine is printed slightly off-center and is easy-to-read with mild wear. Minor shelf-wear along top/bottom-edge and corners. Opening is crisp with signs of light use. (Not a cut-out.) In contrast Yesterday opens with Peter alone at the piano for the first half chorus, joined then by full orchestra. This tune is normally played in a minor key but, at one point, it is Peter's pleasure to play it in a major key for a really interesting effect. Generally, the orchestration throughout the album makes liberal use of strings, French horn and reeds. This the art of popular piano playing at it's best!
