This neat little MCM/Modernist/machine age Bakelite (tested) and sterling salt Pepper. There is a sterling button on the bottom signed R - I assume these come out and that is how you fill them. I have also seen these used as toothpick holders on a appetizer board or bar. They measure jus over 2 inches tall and the bodies are just under 1.5 inches in diameter. One has a chip - it fell out while unwrapping from storage - any attempt to fix will be left to the buyer (being sold as is) - they are super neat. One of the silver domes has a small dent in it.
