The Impossible Dream and similar items

In order for the purchase to be eligible for a return:

You must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by visiting the Contract Us page on our website or clicking the link below;

If undamaged, the item must have been purchased in the last 30 days and in the original packaging. Reimbursement will be no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods;

If damaged, the item must have been purchased in the last 7 days. Reimbursement will be no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods;

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
