We have a 5 day claim, 30-day return policy for items not as described with exceptions of worm vermicompost, potting soil/vermicompost mix, worm tea, worms and plants . We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Our 5 day claim 30 day return policy for products means if you report a claim within 5 days of product delivery, return is accepted and properly return your product within 30 days, you will receive a product refund. If a claim is not reported within 5 days from product delivery, refund will not be issued. Exchanges are accepted for apparel only if claim reported within 5 days, exchange is accepted and product is properly returned with in 30 days. Buyer pays all return and new shipping cost for any exchanges.

Orders of worm castings, potting soil/vermicompost mix, worm tea, worms and plants are not eligible for refunds. Worms will be replaced if they arrive dead on arrival (see Worm Shipment Issues section for details on worms).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label to print, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will pay for the return shipping if it is a domestic shipment and the item is not as described, damaged or defective, and it is specified on the Product Return Table for the seller to pay return shipping cost. Otherwise, domestic or international, the buyer is responsible for the return & shipping cost.

Worm Shipment Issues (we offer a live worm guarantee for shipment only under our conditions below)
Make sure someone is present at the delivery location when the worm shipment arrives and worms are not left in unfavorable conditions (such as left outside, placed in incorrect habitat, high/low extreme temperatures, low/improper moisture level). If someone is unable to be present at the delivery location upon arrival of the worms, arrange for the post office to hold the package and plan to pick up the package the same day. Refunds do not apply if worms have to be held at the post office or shipping company location due to the purchaser unavailability to receive worm shipment at the delivery location. Please inspect live worms upon arrival and contact us immediately if they are dead on arrival. If they are dead on arrival, you must submit a video of the box/package and worms within (2) hours of delivery to [email protected]. We will evaluate the issue and notify buyer of the result. If accepted, refund or new shipment of worms will be issued. (Note: Please see specific instructions for Worms upon arrival. The worms will be lethargic at first until proper moisture, habitat and other conditions are returned to the worms). If your shipping address changes after you place the order, the live guarantee is void. Live worm guarantee is only good for one re-shipment.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. We do not accept returns for worm vermicompost, potting soil/vermicompost mix, worm tea, worms and plants. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted, sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us at [email protected]. Then, return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Buyers pays all return and new shipping cost.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
