Gate-fold cover looks good; light-scuffing, creasing and surface impressions (front/back); front has a few tiny surface abrasions and inner-gate has light scuffing. Inner-sleeve is original (photo/lyrics); one seam partially split. Spine is mostly readable with wear. Minor shelf-wear along top/bottom-edge and corners.
