Navajo Copy JIM MORRISON Stamped Silver First Phase Style Concho Belt High Shine For your consideration is this fabulous piece of Navajo handcrafted work of art created in the style of the Jim Morrison concho belt! Jim was quite taken with the Native American culture and had the original concho belt custom made for him by a Navajo artisan, which he used to wear at many of his concerts. It was said that he had it with him when he moved to France and up to the day he died. However, to this day, no one knows where the original concho belt went to. This gorgeous copy of the First Phase Stamped Silver Concho belt features nine conchos and a belt buckle made from heavy gauge nickel silver. Each concho is backed with leather and features exquisite hand stamped traditional Southwestern designs. These fabulous conchos were then given a high polish finish for contrast against the black leather belt. Each concho measures approx 3" x 2-1/2", the buckle measures about 2-7/8" x 3-3/4" and comes with a genuine 3/4" wide, 48" black leather belt. Weighs in at about 500 grams total with leather belt. Signed by the Navajo master silversmith Joey McCray with shop hallmark. A Certificate of Authenticity is included. Due to the handmade nature of this belt, hand stamping may vary slightly.
