Reynolds. It has a 1999 copyright date and 147 pages. The second volume is entitled "Thunder and Lightning-Desert Storm and the Airpower Debates" by Edward C. Mann III. It has an August 1995 copyright date and 220 pages. No writing in either volumes or torn or missing pages. See photographs for condition issues.
