Item description
This is a vintage edition of "Elements of Solid-Geometry" by W.H. Bruce, president of North Texas State Teacher's College, Denton, TX (now known as the University of North Texas). This old geometry book has since been reprinted as a "classic" textbook. It is a cloth-bound hardback with 110 pages. The volume is copyright 1923 with no subsequent printings listed, however there is an insert on the inside cover noting the South Carolina edition as being printed in 1933 and sold for .46 cents. This book belonged to my engineer Father-in-Law and he penciled in his name along with the amount of .46 cents. As he attended the University of South Carolina, I'm assuming this is the referenced 1933 SC printing. The vintage math textbook is in great shape, with pages, cover and spine still tightly bound. There is wear and a few spots of discoloration on the cover from many years of shelf-wear.
