Item description
NM 6-4 Chile Peppers (Capsicum annuum) are native to Hatch Valley in Southwestern New Mexico. Sandia chilis are similar to the Anaheim and grow to be approximately 6-7". This particular variety is a mild chili and has a 1000-5000 SHU on the Scoville scale. Mature red peppers can be dried to make ristras. Matures early and grows well in short growing seasons
