This 16-page programme - sorry, program - includes a welcome from Denvers's mayor, an explanation of the rules for American newbies, pen portraits, team lists, an roundup of international rugby league news and an extract from one of our favourite (should that be favorite?) books of all time, Gavin Willacy's No Helmets Required. Surely one of the coolest items we've stocked in our short existence!
