Delicate or fragile items are packed separately and sent through a trackable service. Delivery All items are despatched from our UK warehouses. We use respected couriers only - Royal Mail UK Mail. All orders will be processed and shipped within 48hrs of confirmed payment. Larger more expensive items will be sent through a trackable service. For Royal Mail, this can take up to 7 working days to deliver from date of cleared payment. For Royal Mail tracked, this can take up to 3 working days to deliver from date of cleared payment. If your item was dispatched with Royal Mail standard parcels, this is an untracked service. If 7 days have elapsed, check with your local sorting office, they may have your item. If the item is not at the sorting office, the item will be returned to us - this can take up to 15 days after notification to us.
