the really big natural transparent saturated in color Amethyst of approx 14.8mm set in solid 14k yellow gold with enamel crosses with rise cut diamonds inside of each! also there are pearl seeds which are graduated! I never even seen graduated pearl seeds halo before!
the multi prongs are all patterned - chased and hand carved - please see close up photo!

each cross approx 4.2mm long.
