The 10MS31J Jamb Plate Touchless Actuator Kit comes with one jamb plate in the color of your choosing (black, white, and grey), the sensor, and base plate. Use the dropdown to select which color plate you would like to order. This kit mounts using surface mount box 10BOXJAMBST. The 10MS31J Jamb Plate Kit is not capable of being flush mounted. The 10MS31J uses four wires - two power (red and black), and two to communicate to the door. For new construction applications all four wires must be used. The 10MS31J can be used to replace existing push plates when used in conjunction with the 10RD900 900MHz receiver AND 10TD900TR 900MHz retrofit transmitter.
