This new video can be used by all age groups to enhance health and well being. It is great for the elderly, those with disabilities, or just when your legs need a rest. You'll spend over one hour enjoying the relaxing background music as you learn QiGong from instructor Maria Howland, LPN.
In this DVD you will learn all the basic positions and breathing rhythms. This session was filmed in the Sonoran Desert in Southern Arizona.
Maria is certified in QiGong from the Supreme Science QiGong Center. Her approach is centered around health wellness of the whole person.
QiGong is well known for helping people with breathing problems and many other health issues.
