Then add the Mak Siti Beriani powder and stir well. 3) Add evaporated milk, coriander leaves and water (1 cup water to 1 cup rice). Heat to boil. 4) Add basmati rice, salt and sugar. Stir and heat to dry. 5) Then, add few drops of egg yellow food coloring on the rice. Cover and leave the rice until cook perfectly. 6) Garnish with raisins, cashew nuts (fried without oil) and fried onions before serving.
