I accidentally spilled my Chanel perfume on the bottom back of the bag, which caused some leather puckering. The stain from the Chanel perfume spread to the inside bottom of the bag, though it did not penetrate the exterior. Additionally, the perfume stain affected the inside pocket, which I have showcased from both the front and back. I reached out to Givenchy and provided photos to see if they could assist me, but they advised me to consult a professional leather cleaner. I did so, but when I presented the bag, they declined to help. In response, I purchased fabric and asked a professional cobbler to wrap the areas with leather puckering, which I refer to as a customized solution. The Chanel perfume scent remains, so the smell is still present. Typically, I do not accept returns, but given the flaws and the lingering perfume smell, I will permit a return within one week of delivery. This allows the buyer to assess whether the bag meets their expectations. If you do not notify me within that week about a return, I will no longer accept it. Aside from these two issues, the bag is in very good condition. I got it authenticated also and it will go through another Authentication stage with's 3rd party due to its price. In addition, this will be ship to you with insurance. Aside from cleaning or enhancing the background, I do not use Photoshop or filters on my images.
