This retired Swarovski Bugs ring is a snaking showstopper that is certainly not for everyone. Set up on an extremely shiny Rhodium plated band the massive emerald cut center stone, measuring 1” diagonally, is secured by 2 snakes and their tails. Each snake is encrusted with pave clear crystals and with jet colored crystal eyes. The closest I have ever been able to come to rationalize why this was called the Bugs ring is that the sparkle, shine, and detail can make your eyes bug out a bit. This is truly a remarkable piece for those who are a fan of snakes, sparkle, and Swarovski. The signature Swarovski Swan logo is imprinted on the inside of the band, which I tried my best to capture in a picture. This piece is a European size 60, which Swarovski considers an extra-large and is approximately a U.S. 9. While the ring is not sizeable the sizing inserts work extremely well because I don’t know anyone that is an even size in rings. This ring is BNI, with certificate and has only been out for photos, it does not have a tag but many of the rings did not because they were a pain in the ass and often got lost. I ship everything extremely well packaged and insured.
