We offer a refund, however, we only refund if the product is faulty and returned unopened in original packaging. Please note all items are sealed in additional outer packaging, therefore, any damage can be seen without opening products.

All returns must be done within 7 days of purchase and must include an RFG # obtained from an Active Skin Staff member. We do not refund or replace items until we have physically received the items back to our warehouse for assessment.
