All returns or exchange must be requested within 3 business days of delivery and sent back to us postmarked within 30 days or delivery. Please request a return authorization form (RMA) prior to a return or exchange. Returns must include all original packaging. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories including the retail box originally included with the product may incur a restocking fee or be rejected. We recommended shipping your package(s) back to us with insurance and tracking as we cannot be held liable for lost or damage package(s). Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.

Returned merchandise and included accessories must be in new, undamaged and resalable condition to be eligible for our no fuss, no hard feelings, hassle-free, no restocking fee, FULL money-back guarantee refund. Item(s) that qualified for free shipping and are being returned will have our standard shipping charges deducted from refund or credit. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Returns and exchange take 3-5 business days to complete and you will receive a confirmation email once a return has been processed. Please note that it may take an additional 3-10 business days for your refund to be posted to your account.
