Vintage Plaster Chalkware Sculpture Victorian Child wearing a BonnetAn angelic toddler wears a cream hat and a red frilly dress as she touches her lips with her index finger.
I've read it was a piano sitter made in the Victorian Heubach era in Germany by Andrea.
I've also read they are French so I'm not sure which it is.
They are very elegant, great detail and hand painted.
12'' tall
Quite a striking decorative piece.
Some wear and chips to the paint but no cracks or repairs.
It is chalkware.
