The flat rate quoted is based on a dock to dock shipment. If you have no dock, you would need to be able to lift the pallet from the back of the truck. Extra services are available such as delivery to a residential address, lift gate delivery, and inside delivery and may require additional payment. Please let us know prior to shipping if you need extra services. The goal would be to add these before the shipment leaves to make sure delivery goes smoothly.
