A refund will be processed the way the purchase was made within 2 working days of us receiving the item. There are no restocking fees and no extra hidden fees for returning an item. Buyer is responsible for shipping item back fully insured and to supply tracking number to Fortrove. The item must be in the same condition it was received by the buyer for a full refund.
