Please request a return authorization form (RMA) prior to a return or exchange. Returns must include all original packaging. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories including the retail box originally included with the product may incur a restocking fee or be rejected. We recommended shipping your package(s) back to us with insurance and tracking as we cannot be held liable for lost or damage package(s). Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.

Returned merchandise and included accessories must be in new, undamaged and resalable condition to be eligible for our no fuss, no hard feelings, hassle-free, no restocking fee, FULL money-back guarantee refund.
