You don't see a lot of these on the market but they are pretty cool. Basically, when they are working on each one and an issue comes up during the creation of them that they cannot work through, they discard the figure and usually destroy them. Some slip through to the secondary market. This one is sitting Joy on the letter O block, dated 1989 and the impression number 64 is actually still there.
