It has a speckled background with lots of delicate soft color flowers. It is safe for the microwave and oven. It looks like it would be dishwasher safe too...but it does not state that on the bottom. Made in the USA. This listing is for 1 creamer...2.5" tall and 6" from spout to handle. I have lots of other pieces too. Great savings in shipping if you decide on more than one piece. It is in almost perfect condition. I think that a little china polish would restore it to almost mint. Preloved. International buyers...please contact me for the shipping charges.
