The binding is sound, but it has a sag to the print block (see last photo). The pages are clean but have some small tears/creases at the edges and corners (see photos #7 as example). It has wear with marks/ dings to the gilt page edges, and there is wear to the leather, mainly at the corners. Dimensions are approx: 9.5" x 6.25" x 2.5" This book will ship in a box, with bubble wrap. Photos are of the actual book that will be shipped.
