From a smoke free environment, this has been used and has some normal age showing. A few creases and marks or smudges here and there from use and it has been on a bookshelf for some times so it could be a bit dusty around the edges but nothing that would prevent you from using it. There is some writing on the outside lower area of what the book is since they had them on the shelf that way instead of the title facing outward. Please see pictures for the best description.
