Kitz SCT TM-0003A Assy-Precursor Bottle ASM FEMS 1046-253-01 Power AC 200V This is a used item. It is also marked, "BIS-F U81F0484A000 316L EP 520139337-03". On the top plate it is stamped, "S18-10-042". Both small plastic mounting blocks/spacers are cracked as can be seen in the last two pictures. It does not look like it was ever dropped and so it would seem to be that they cracked from vibration or fatigue. We are not equipped to test this unit, but it does come with a 30 day warranty.
