Ladies Skirt Size 10 Navy Blue Pleated Short Skirt by Tracy Evans $60 Value EUC. This navy blue mini skirt is pleated all around and sits on the waist. It has twelve 3-1/4" wide pleats all the way around which start under sewn in darts 5" long so skirt is tight-fitted around the hips and then flares out in pleats. It has a 1-1/4" deep defined waistband with a 1-button closure and 7" long covered zipper in back. A sewn in size/material tag (which was removed because it was deemed too itchy) stated "Size 10, 50% polyester 50% cotton, made in USA" along with care instructions which said to dry clean or wash cold with like colors, hang to dry, cool iron, to retain shape and pleats. Sewn-in tag states "Tracy Evans LTD." Like new, worn once for an occasion, then cleaned and properly stored. Skirt has no rips, stains, discolorations or tears. Because the skirt was worn once, I am highly discounting the price on this skirt which was purchased for $60.00 at a high-end dept. store on Michigan Ave. in Chicago. Stored in a cool dry place. Comes from a smoke-free/pet-free home. Some important measurements are: waist = 28"; top to bottom = 19-1/2" long.
