A premium, plump 8mm (approximate) heart briolette - about 2.5 carats - of outstanding natural untreated Pyrope Garnet is the focal point of this minimalist necklace. Please see the last photo for size comparison next to a standard #2 pencil eraser. This style is especially versatile, being able to go seamlessly from casual to elegant, and it is great to layer with other necklaces as well. Also, because the briolette is "fixed" on the chain, the chain will rarely to never work it's way around so that the clasp is at the front (a pet peeve of mine, I must admit!). The Garnets used are natural stones from Mozambique, and they may have some minor visible inclusions or occasional minute roughness at a junction of a facet, all a part of their natural beauty! The one pictured however is typical of the small lot that I have. This necklace looks great at any length (choker to long), and though the default is about 16", it can be worn as a choker or or any other length, by specifying the length you want (from 14" - 20") in the "notes to seller" section at checkout.
