She is an author, lecturer, TV host, educator, and tour leader. For many years as travel editor for Outdoor Photographer magazine, she wrote the Traveler?s Eye column exploring the cross-cultural aspects of the creative experience in foreign places. Lisl's television appearances include hosting ESPN?s Canon Photo Safaris in Brazil, Canada, and Central America. She also hosted an 18-city satellite media tour for Canon Video. Lisl has been a guest on CNN?s Travel Guide and the Christopher Lowell Show. Lisl presented VISUAL JOURNEYS - Creativity and Adventure in Travel Photography, a nationwide seminar series sponsored by Canon and Kodak. She founded and taught the Travel Photography Workshop in Santa Fe for 20-years.
